At The Hoppa Skincare, we take pride in offering high-quality, natural, and vegan skincare products. Due to the sensitive nature of skincare and hygiene standards, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure product integrity and your safety.

1. All Sales Are Final

For the health and safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any skincare or cosmetic products, whether used or unused. This is in accordance with hygiene regulations and industry best practices.

2. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund your order only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item was damaged in transit

If this happens:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

We will assess your request and, if approved, send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund (including shipping, where applicable).

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be:

  • Reflected within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Products that have been used or opened

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party platforms
